# The Protector

What is the protector

The Protector is a unique AI driven innovation on the BlockChain. It has two core functions.

* Protect Investments
* Stabilize the Chart

The AI is coded into the MetaGold smart contracts and works as follows:\

The Protectors algorithm will continuously monitor MetaGold's market conditions and liquidity, preventing any drastic fluctuations in price. In the event that market conditions become unfavourable, The Protector will initiate a sales limit automatically to reduce sales pressure on the chart. Ensuring supply of tokens is not overwhelming the demand.\

By implementing The Protector, MetaGold aims to provide an added layer of security, a safety-net for its investors and promote sustainable growth of the project
